Shipping & Payments

We ship to most countries in the world, except those under sanctions. Customs fees may be required by the destination country. Shipping costs are extra and depend on the customer's choice. Returns and exchanges policy: see page dedicated to returns. Damage and lost parcel policy: a certificate of non-receipt will be requested from the customer and a replacement product will be sent. Order processing takes a maximum of 48 hours (depending on working days). Delivery times are subject to stock availability and are indicated on the Solecooler website. Payment methods are credit or debit card, Paypal and Revolut.
